Three Michelin-starred chef David Muñoz is set to bring his new restaurant, StreetXo, to London in June.

This will be the first restaurant David has opened outside of his native Spain following the success of DiverXo as he returns to the city which inspired his cooking.

David’s unique representation of street food is an evolution of his travels from the exciting London restaurant scene to South East Asia and everywhere in between.

After training in some of the best kitchens in London, David moved back to Madrid and his experiences there as well as some of his other travels will be used to inspire this new venture.

StreetXo’s vibrant dining energy is an extension of David’s powerful upbeat approach to cooking with the restaurant set to be open for 14 hours of service a day.

The focal point of the restaurant will be the central open-kitchen with chefs front and centre, interacting one-on-one with guests, cooking and serving up food and fun.

Open and airy, StreetXo will also have a large bar with an inventive cocktail selection to compliment the variety of food on offer.

The menu will change regularly and will feature 12-14 dishes, but guests should also keep an eye out for the trolley circulating through the room, serving one-off creations.

David’s street food inspired restaurant is due to open this summer in Mayfair.
