Robin Hutson’s third Pig hotel to open in March 2014

Record number of Hong Kong eateries recommended in latest Michelin Guide
A record number of Hong Kong and Macau restaurants have made it to the latest edition of Michelin Guide, released on Thursday. The latest edition includes 284 eateries in Hong Kong, 74 establishments in Macau and five new hotels in both places. The figures represent a 30 per cent change in content from last year.
