Michel Roux Jnr, Theo Randall and Tom Kitchin to star in new TV show
During the course The Chef’s Protégé – a new series on BBC 2 - Michel Roux junior of Le Gavroche, Theo Randall of Theo Randall at the Inter-Continental Park Lane London and Tom Kitchin of The Kitchin in Edinburgh will each spend a week at a catering college, working with students who are looking for their first role in the industry.
