Awards for Clare Smyth and Jill Stein in Queen's birthday honours list
Jill Stein, founder and director of the Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall, headed hospitality personalities celebrated in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List, with the award of an OBE. She was joined by Clare Smyth, chef patron of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

One of Heston Blumental’s right-hand chefs has resigned after working for 11 years at the Fat Duck. Jamie Petrie, also widely known as Jocky, has stepped down from his role as head of creative development at The Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen in Bray, Berkshire.
