James Kent named Executive Chef of The Nomad
The Eleven Madison Park team sends word that chef de cuisine James Kent has just been promoted to executive chef of the restaurant's sister establishment The Nomad. Chris Flint is taking Kent's place as chef de cuisine of the mothership. He previously worked as the executive sous chef of The Nomad. And, of course, Daniel Humm is still the chef/owner of both establishments.
