The Clove Club and Lyle's host 14 of the world's Michelin-starred chefs for collaborative dining experience
A host of two and three starred Michelin chefs, including Claude Bosi will join forces in London on Sunday, 28 February for a 16 course collaborative dining experience, Walk With Us London by Gelinaz.
Hosted simultaneously at The Clove Club and Lyle's, guests will be presented with a 16 course tasting menu created by teams made up the world's most renowned chefs including;

Petter Nilsson (Spritmuseum)
Owners and chefs of The Clove Club, Isaac McHale and James Lowe of Lyle's will each create a four-course menu at their own restaurants; two starters, a main course and a dessert using identical ingredients. Lowe will be joined by six of the guest chefs, who will be paired-up at random. McHale will work alongside the other six, also in pairs.
Using the same ingredients, each pair of guest-chefs will create an additional four courses, to complete the menu for each restaurant respectively. Hosted at Shoreditch's restaurants, The Clove Club and Lyle's, guests will be presented with a 16 course tasting menu.
Each of the 100 guests will be presented with eight starters, four mains and four desserts which Andrea and Alexandra promise will result in 'a cross-culutral plethora of flavour and style.'
The London Walk With Us event will be the first of four global events which will be rolled out in three other world cities. Which restaurant and which chefs will be paired together will only be revealed on the day.
