Carters of Moseley to permanently relocate to a new location
Brad Carter's Michelin-starred Carters of Moseley is set to make a permanent move to a new location in early 2024.
The move allowed for a summer pop-up experience, making use of the supplier's edible herbs, flowers, and plants, with the pop-up venture scheduled to conclude on 5 November.
Following this, Carters of Moseley will transition to its new permanent home, the exact details of which are yet to be finalised, according to a story published in Birmingahm World.
During its time at Westlands, the restaurant's team has delighted diners with an exquisite eight-course menu priced at £85.
The menu draws inspiration from the local area's rich natural offerings, embracing a philosophy rooted in celebrating ultra-British seasonality.
To enhance the experience, an outdoor terrace has been ingeniously crafted for the pop-up, with the generous support of Gusbourne, a producer of sparkling wine.
Established in 2010 by Brad and Holly Carter, Carters of Moseley holds an esteemed reputation, boasting three AA rosettes and a Michelin star since 2015.
