The Staff Canteen is delighted to announce that Callebaut, the producer of the finest Belgian Chocolate will be the exclusive sponsor of The Staff Canteen Pastry Chef Feature.

The feature will see the very best Pastry Chefs from our shores in action and deliver 6 interviews packed with stunning images and an insight into the life of a Pastry Chef, plus each interview will include a video of the UK’s leading professionals as they create three desserts that represent them and their operation. Each chef will feature one chocolate dessert using a Callebaut product, all the desserts will be supported with recipes for members to download, share or comment on.
