The British Culinary Foundation's Chef of the Year 2014 competition is open for entrants.

 

Closing Date for entries: 10 January 2014

 

Semi-Final at University College Birmingham: Monday 10 February 2014

 

Butchery Workshop for finalists at Aubrey Allen: Monday 24 March 2014

 

Final followed by Dinner and Awards at University College Birmingham: Monday 7 April 2014

 

Prize Total: £4,000.  Winner receives £2,500 and the opportunity to join the English National Culinary Team squad in Luxembourg, November 2014 (all expenses paid).
