Andrew Clarke and Jackson Boxer announce their third restaurant
Andrew Clarke and Jackson Boxer are to collaborate on a new Notting Hill based restaurant themed on the Western Isles opening in early 2019.
Jackson Boxer, chef-restaurateur at St Leonards in London, has announced on Instagram that the new restaurant, Orasay, will be opening in early 2019 on Kensington Park Road in Notting Hill.
It is inspired by the Outer Hebrides, also known as the Western Isles as Jackson spent most summers there as a child.
In his Instagram post, he said: “After a tremendous year launching St Leonards together, Andrew and I are excited to share the news of our new site, Orasay, opening on Kensington Park Road in 2019.
“I’ll be overseeing the newborn, cooking an aquanautical menu largely inspired by my lifelong love affair with the Outer Hebrides, while Andrew leads the line at St Lennys, fanning the mighty furnace through the next stage of its evolution.”
He added: “Couldn’t be more thrilled to be going on this new adventure with you brother, onwards, backwards, sometimes slightly sideward, but always upwards.”
Jackson and fellow chef Andrew Clarke are following up from previous successes with opening St Leonard’s in Shoreditch and Brunswick House in Vauxhall.
