Absolute Taste to be joined by top chefs for Art15

The award-winning catering company Absolute Taste headed by Lyndy Redding will be liaising with top chefs to prepare menus for Food 4 Art , the pop-up restaurant at Art15, in Olympia, London.

Chefs from Barrafina, The Clove Club, Gymkhana and Colony Grill Room will bring their style of cuisine and dishes to the successful art fair on four consecutive days starting from 20th May.

For the Collectors Preview and First Night on Wednesday 20th May, the Spanish tapas restaurant Barrafina will provide the food in the Art15 Collectors Lounge.

On the following three days visitors to the fair can make a reservation in the restaurant and choose from specially devised menus developed by head chefs from Gymkhana, The Clove Club, and Colony Grill Room of Chris Corbin and Jeremy King’s first hotel, The Beaumont.

The participants were invited by Fay Maschler, restaurant critic of London’s Evening Standard, who comments: “There is particular pleasure in pushing at open doors and in my experience ace chefs and restaurateurs are always keen to be allied to art and also engage with an international audience alive to all the senses”.

Art15 takes place from 20-23 May 2015 hosting 150 galleries representing 40 countries and 500 artists. In this its third year, the fair will welcome over 30,000 collectors and art aficionados to Olympia over the four days.
