Mirazur celebrates 10 Year Anniversary with 10 exclusive dinners
Globally acclaimed, two Michelin starred Mirazur, in Menton on France’s stunning Cote D’Azur, is set to celebrate its first momentous decade, with an unprecedented series of exclusive dinners named M10 throughout 2016.
To celebrate its 10 year anniversary, Chef Patron Mauro Colagreco has invited 10 of the world’s most acclaimed chefs and personal friends, to take over his kitchen for an evening.
Guest chefs will create a one-off tasting menu for one night only, from May 27 until the 28 October - just before the restaurant’s annual winter closure.
The chef team celebrating a decade of Mirazur are: David Kinch, Rene Redzepi, Alex Atala, Yoshihiro Narisawa, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Virgilio Martinez, Emmanuel Renaut, Sebastien Bras, Jorge Vallejo and Massimo Bottura.
Each chef will create a one-off tasting menu, starting with 3 appetisers to set the mood. This will be followed by seven-course menu, also showcasing each chef individual approach and cultural influences.
Set in a landscape between the French Alps and the Mediterranean Sea with panoramic views over the harbour of Garavan, Mirazur and its surroundings will be the inspiration for each of the guest-chefs individual interpretation of this restaurant’s unique identity.
With an extensive variety of seasonal vegetables from the gardens at Mirazur, coupled with the rich variety of local and regional produce to choose from, each birthday menu promises to deliver a series of exciting and exclusive seasonal tastes and flavours – a perfect marriage between land and sea.
