My, how things change so quickly. Yes, it has the classics of pulled pork and corn bread from the fantastic team led by Chris Finnigan at Lane 7, an amazing Boutique Bowling alley in Newcastle-upon-Tyne ; but it also takes a turn towards the great innovation in home-smoked meat, from our friend Neil Rankin at the rather brilliant Smokehouse in Islington.
