To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Global Knives are giving you the chance to win an exclusive 20cm fluted cook's knife which comes in its very own wooden presentation box - a fantastic prize for any chef! The team at Global will pick their favourite and announce the winner on February 20. As well as this fantastic competition Global Knives is also celebrating its anniversary by releasing a series of films in conjunction with The Roux Scholarship. Twelve past Scholars have been invited to create an exclusive dish using a Global Knife.
