Head chef of Michelin-starred Outlaw's at The Capital is Tom Brown who since taking over in 2016 has successfully retained the star at Nathan Outlaw's only London restaurant.
The winner of the oyster masterclass prize and their guest, will be served different oysters, paired with drinks chosen by Outlaw’s sommelier Damon Little, while Tom will explain the different oyster varieties, and the different cooking and preparation methods.
