Our Top Ten Instagram Images for April!
Celebrating The Staff Canteen's amazing Instagram followers we've put together the top ten most liked images in April, as decided by you!
If you want to feature in May's top ten list, upload your images to Instagram, follow @thestaffcanteen and hashtag your best dishes with #thestaffcanteen. The ten images which receive the most likes each month will be added to the website and showcased to our 100,000 social media followers.
And the top three on our most liked list will receive a The Staff Canteen mug. Here are this month's top ten:
This month at number one is: @oli_harding's sweetcorn veloute, crab, salmon, lemon and chive dish!
In second place we have... @mymuybueno with Chef Luis Hinostroza with his Cherry and Foie Gras. Ripe cherry halves, pickled cherries in a vinegar made from Cabernet Sauvignon and a cherry liqueur, foie gras torchon, confit cashews, roasted cashew crumble, cashew praline, fresh cherry juice gel, basil leafs, nasturtium flower petals, and a raw cashew milk.
Coming in third, @chefmoca 'Smoking some duck'
Fourth place goes to... @callmerazy Strawberry coconut & milk chocolate; strawberry compote, coconut dacquoise, milk chocolate mousse & coconut snow.
In fifth, @chefmoca, Foie gras with roasted peaches and smoked coco blinis, black curant jam, pistachio dust.
And sixth, @knnock, Pan seared duck breast,pumpkin purée,broccoli crumbs,carrot crisp and truffle jus.
Seventh this month is @knnock, again! Pan roasted Italian beef tenderloin, Mashed potato, pickled beetroot, fresh tomatoes, black truffle, Truffle jus.
In at eighth @ncarisse, Beet, pear and chocolate.
Ninth place goes to @mymuybueno Amedei white chocolate cream, mascarpone honey cream, lychee ( gel-meringue, chips) , rose petal noodles, candied rose petal, pinenut pailletine feuilleté and golden xuan tea mousse
