Michael Caines and James Martin to demo at Northern Restaurant & Bar 2014

Live demonstrations from two Michelin-starred chef Michael Caines and Saturday Kitchen host James Martin will headline the Northern Restaurant & Bar 2014 event next week.

NRB is the biggest hospitality trade exhibition in the north of England and features over 250 exhibitors offering thousands of products from food & drink to tableware & furniture to the 6,000 visiting professionals from restaurants, gastro pubs and the wider hospitality industry.

Michael of Abode Hotels and James, who has recently opened James Martin Manchester, will lead the Chef Live theatre where they will be joined by Marc Wilkinson, Restaurant Fraiche, Simon Rogan, The French and L’enclume, Paul Askew, the Art School, Andrew Pern and Matt Hunter, The Star Inn at Harome & The Star Inn the City, Aiden Byrne, Manchester House and more.

The Market Kitchen will bring a line-up of more specialist demos including Cooking with Game from Countryside Alliance’s Game to Eat, Cheese Mixology with Cheese Cellar, The Revival of the British Pudding from The Pudding Compartment, and Dessert Canapes with Brett Pistorius Head Chef of the Lowry Hotel.
