Guy Betteridge appointed head chef at Gordon Ramsay Group's Heddon Street Kitchen

Gordon Ramsay Group announces Guy Betteridge as Head Chef of Heddon Street Kitchen, based in London's Regent Street’s Food Quarter.

As head chef Guy will be in charge of a team of 20 and will work on developing the seasonal European menu for the casual all day restaurant.

Split across two floors, the 232 cover restaurant boasts a destination bar, expansive terrace and dining room, serving from breakfast to dinner and late-night drinks.

Cooking from the age of 16 in his home town of St Albans, Hertfordshire, Guy became an apprentice at Westminster College whilst working at the Grove Hotel before moving to Gordon Ramsay Group’s Boxwood Café, as commis chef under Executive Chef, Stuart Gillies.

After a six month stint at Royal Hospital Road, Guy followed Stuart to The Savoy Grill, working as Chef de Partie, before becoming Senior Sous Chef at Bread Street Kitchen for four years.

The Gordon Ramsay Group has a total of 29 restaurants globally and six Michelin stars, with international restaurants from Europe to the US, the Middle East and Asia. Restaurant
