Game on at The Shed
The Shed in Notting Hill will be marking the end of the shooting season with an evening focusing on game.
The shooting inspired occasion on February 3rd, 2015 will feature the brothers Richard and Oliver Gladwin and a seven course set-sharing menu featuring all things game, such as venison tartar, partridge with red cabbage, The Shed’s very own home cured bacon, almonds and wood sorrel, venison cigars and woodcock with sourdough, chanterelles and oak moss.
To complete the meal guests can choose from two signature Shed desserts on offer including, white chocolate with pear mousse and hazelnut sherbet.
The Shed was founded by Richard, Oliver and Gregory Gladwin over two years ago, bringing wild British ingredients from the countryside to the plates of London diners.
Richard manages The Shed and the newly-opened restaurant Rabbit, in Chelsea. Oliver takes the lead in both the kitchens, whilst farmer Gregory supplies the restaurants with reared livestock from the family farm in Nutbourne, West Sussex. Seasonal produce is also sourced from local suppliers.
The event starts at 7:30pm with the menu below:
