The International Food Exhibition returns to ExCel Centre London

The Staff Canteen

The International Food Exhibition is returning in March 2015 with a stellar line-up of demonstrators including Hayden Groves and Russell Bateman, and a brand new website has been launched to celebrate.

The website will allow exhibitors and visitors to stay up to date with the latest up to the minute news on the food expo, which takes place at ExCeL centre London from 22nd–25th March 2015. The exhibition includes live demonstrations from top British and international chefs, seminars and networking opportunities. The International Food Exhibition has been running for more than 30 years and will draw an estimated 30,000 professionals from across the industry spanning today’s dynamic retail, foodservice and manufacturing markets.

The show programme for 2015 includes new elements such as The Artisan Food Market and the Gourmet Drinker, featuring the best alcoholic drinks available from smaller producers. The event also welcomes the return and support of the show’s prominent partners such as the British Frozen Food Federation, the Craft Guild of Chefs and Food and Drink Federation. Boasting 80 high profile speakers and chefs, the food expo will also include The Skillery, with live culinary demonstrations from Hayden Groves, Russell Bateman, Adam Smith, Alyn Williams and many others. Live business seminars at The Hub will offer visitors the chance to gain industry insight on the latest trends and best business practices from some of the most respected names in food and drink, including Andy Clarke, President and CEO of Asda, and Neil Turton, Chief Executive Officer at Nisa, with more to be revealed as the event approaches.

The IFE will have the world’s largest collection of UK products, as well as a plethora of international exhibitors from over 50 different countries, showcasing a melting pot of global flavours, trends and specialist goods. Supported with an international marketing and social media campaign, IFE 2015 promises to connect exhibitors and visitors from around the world. The IFE comes to ExCeL Centre London in March 2015.
